Johnna A. Pro, Regional Director, PA Department of Community & Economic Development is joining us to share tips for how to secure funding for your community including from the Keystone Communities program with applications due 8/31.
Fourth Economy is hosting a Zoom Q&A for communities interested in learning more about the Keystone Communities Program: A flexible tool in community and economic development for a variety of uses including planning activities, façade grant programs, accessible housing programs, and development grants totally $36 million. There will also be an opportunity to learn about other resources that may be available through the newly passed State budget.
Keystone Communities Program applications are due 8/31/2022 and can support a variety of uses including planning activities, façade grant programs, accessible housing programs, and development grants. Guidelines are HERE (https://dced.pa.gov/programs/keystone-communities-program-kcp/)
Communities may wish to consider designation through the KCP program as a Keystone Main Street, Keystone Elm Street, Keystone Enterprise Zone, or Keystone Community. The designation is an opportunity for targeted investment and development including the identification of specific needs for investment and/or development and the design and implementation of a strategy to address those needs.
